North Central Development Commission
The North Central Development Commission (NCDC) is a Nigerian federal commission established in 2024 to drive development across the North-Central zone — Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau and the FCT — spanning agriculture, security, infrastructure, health and education. We helped a brand-new institution communicate its mandate from day one.
The brief
A newly established commission needs to explain its mandate clearly to citizens, government stakeholders and development partners — and to build a credible digital presence quickly and from scratch.
What we did
- 01
Established the commission’s digital presence and core web pages around its mandate and focus areas.
- 02
Shaped public and stakeholder communications so the mandate reads clearly to citizens and partners alike.
- 03
Built content and reporting templates to support transparency as programs roll out.
What we delivered
What we’d do differently
Public trust is earned in the open, so we’d build a regular public-reporting cadence in from the start rather than adding it once programs are already running.
